This apartment building is located near the lake Bung Kaen Nakorn and in walking distance from shopping mall Fairy Plaza. Songtaew baht buses (9 Baht per ride) stop in the front or just around the corner. the owner speaks English very well. The rooms cost 500 - 600 Baht per night (depending on size) and can also be rented per month. The building and furniture is new and well maintained. Most places are in walking distance. A walk at the lake in early morning or at night is recommended.
