It is a clean room but very hot in May and fans but no A/C. The restaurant has nice food and the prices are fine considering where we are. We snorkeled and it is divine. At this time the water is amazingly clear and calm. I didn't notice a charge for the beach as some other reviews stated but it could just be added to the price of the room. I don't notice any trash on the main beach where we are staying. We came here for the snorkeling and we would return here just for the snorkeling. It is the best snorkeling in Thailand we have seen this year.
