This place was really OK for me! It’s a little bit at the end of the Mekong promenade off Nong Khai, But you just have to rent one of their bicycles and everything is close! I had one of the front room with the balcony, and it was really OK, even if the Mekong by itself is not the St. Lawrence River! But since I was crossing to Laos the next day.... it give you something to dream of! The little town by itself was very quiet and very easy to go by, And my “hot pot “ on the promenade was really enjoyable... what else do you need ?
