A friendly and bargain place to stay very convenient for Central Road Pattaya with its baht buses 5 minutes walk away. Some of the rooms and equipment are in need of updating or replacing but at the price for a single traveller hard to beat. I have revisited after a 3 night trip to Rayong. Less than 100 metres down the road there is quick and efficient laundry service and good massage shop. I think the previous posters thought they were reviewing the Garden Place in Bangkok not this one in Pattaya
