Room was clean, bathroom as well. Hotel located in the city center, directly in the street food market. The room has a balcony, which is really cool to enjoy a drink at night. Good value for money definitely. Only thing is the Wifi doesn't work in the room (only in the restaurant/reception).

Room was nice and kind of cute.
Bed was big and we even had a fridge and safe.
The six roosters right beside the rooms were horrible, started singing at 12:30 am and every two hours onward.
The spot is great, three minutes walk to the aya- bus station.we rented a motorcycle across the street_ very friendly and no scam.

Clean and good spot

Nice room with balcony, well located

I booked in with the primary aim of getting a good nights sleep after having travelled down by scooter from Mae Hong Son. When booking the hotel there was an apparent price drop (presumably due to the fact I was booking at 4pm for the same evening, therefore even though the room was cheap I had high hopes. I was greeted with the same type of greeting I have become accustomed to in Thailand, polite and pleasant. I was shown to my room, which was large and spacious. It was outdated but you get what you pay for. The location was perfect in terms of amenities and up until this point, the rating of this hotel is knocking on the door of s four star rating if not a five....and then it begun....the mad chicken. Now I emphasise again I was after a good night's sleep, quite why the chicken/chickens opposite felt the need to make noise every five minutes is beyond me. I was making the journey from Pai to Chiang Mai the following morning, riding a scooter. Those familiar with the route will note it has more curves then the red light district in Amsterdam on a Friday night, a good night's sleep is essential if one is to make it there safely and not plunge off the mountainside to almost certain death. Then came the call for prayer at the local Islamic centre (or perhaps a retaliation of noise, aimed at disrupting the chickens...who knows) nevertheless it woke me up....yet again. The my final wakeup call arrives in the form of building work. Whilst not achieving the same level of comfort, I genuinely would have had a less disturbed sleep down the bus station with the strays. I am filled with a desperate desire to binge eat four KFC buckets in a sad attempt to gain one over on them horrible chickens, perhaps a visit to Nandos after just to rub salt in. Anyway my advice, bring a bow and arrow (for the chickens) or better still a paid of ear plugs....if it weren't for the noise this stay would have been perfect. 

Lovely property but too much noise

I might have had bad luck but .. internet didn't work most of the time, no English speaking staff most of the time, airco could only ran on max speed, not too clean. Long story short, I found it an overpriced (almost 600 Bath) for what you can get in that price range. The owner, who does speak English, is helpful when she came around but I moved to another hotel after one night.

Not the best experience ..

Very old and is needing a lot of work.
The bed was clean, but everything is very old.
The toilet was not so clean.
In the past I think it was a great hotel.
The location is perfect, near to walking street, restaurants, bars and street food.
It is a little bit noisy.
If I had paid like 400 baht, I would not say nothing about this hotel. But in the agency I pay a lot more.
I had a 3 nights booking, but I only stay one night. I have changed to another hotel.
Pai(city) is very peculiar and nice, very nice town to stay and visit.
