This place is fantastic if you want to get away from it all. It's on a dirt road 15 minutes walk from town, so a motorbike rental is advised. The individual bungalows have character, and the views of the surrounding countryside are awesome. The mud huts are a bit more expensive, but I prefer the round shape to the sharp corners of the wooden ones. It is a short walk from the White Buddha on the hillside, a perfect spot for viewing the sunset. No restaurant, but an excellent one called The House is but a two minute walk further along the dirt road. Be sure you have mosquito spray for sunset, but that's the only time you will need it.
