We had a fantastic experience staying at Ashlee Plaza Patong Hotel during our visit to Phuket! From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The service was truly the standout—every staff member we interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering local tips, or accommodating small requests, they did it all with a smile. A special thank you to the front desk team for being so attentive and professional! Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The housekeeping staff kept it spotless throughout our stay. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop pool—perfect for relaxing after a hot day exploring Patong. The location is very convenient, just a short tuk-tuk ride to the beach, Bangla Road, and the Jungceylon shopping center, but far enough to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. If you're looking for great value, comfort, and truly wonderful service, I highly recommend Ashlee Plaza Patong Hotel. We will definitely be coming back!
