I have been returning to the New Square hotel in Patong every year for the past 10Years. Should tell you all what you need to know. The staff are absolutely awesome, Nam and the team can't do enough to help you. Nothing is to much trouble. The maids are top class and keep everything tip top for you with a smile every day. And even the security staff at the entrance are so friendly. They make me feel so welcome every year. Feels more than just a hotel to them all, they very proud of the hotel. I love this. The hotel is in the best spot to miss the road noise in Patong. Set back a fair way from the roads... black out curtains are ace. Rooms spacious. It's a pool and gym, loads of off road parking... which rare in Patong. 2mins from the shopping mall. 20mins walk to beach.
