Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. The front desk is open until 00:00. Guests must contact via WhatsApp the apartment no later than 23:59 on the day of check-in. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
Guests must contact the number provided no later than 24 hours before check-in to clarify the time and method of arrival. Advance notification allows to arrange a transfer if necessary, help with navigation, track the flight and be aware of delays.
Please note that the apartments are located in a residential complex that does not provide hotel services. The staff servicing the residential complex will not be able to help with check-in, as they are not associated with the apartment owners.
If an earlier check-in is needed, it is possible to book an additional day before the day of arrival at a discount.
Guests must provide your approximate arrival time 30 minutes before arrival. If it is not possible to do this in advance, guests can notify about the arrival time on site. The manager will need 15 to 30 minutes to arrive.
