The Zing Hotel and Resort is an unpretentious but popular hotel in the Jomtien Complex neighborhood in Pattaya, Thailand. The facilities are quite good, including an excellent family friendly restaurant, a nice pool and lounging area, and a first-rate front desk staff. I was traveling with a special needs traveler who had occasional memory issues that the staff recognized and treated with kindness, respect and sensitivity. The location excellent and is within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The one thing to note for travelers in their personal vehicles is that there is no dedicated parking, and very little if any street parking in the neighborhood.
