My wife and I stayed at The Iconic Hotel for 2 nights. We were in Ranong for a diving trip, had to spend one day there before getting on our liveaboard and another day at the end of the trip before flying back to Bangkok. Had no big expectations for this place. We just needed an affordable location to spend the night. It turned out to be the perfect one. Extremely clean rooms, spacious, tall ceilings, modern furniture and bathrooms. HUGE and tasty breakfast. The most service minded staff we met in a long, long while! Try the cashew nuts they sell at the coffee shop near the front desk (by the way, they serve great coffee and tea too...), we bought 5 bags after trying the first one. The hotel is located downtown, within 5 minutes from the night market. Which translates in great street food, fruit, sweets, you name it. Thank you one more time to all the staff for all the help.
