Baan Khun Yaai Mai Khun Ta

This was my first time staying here. The place is lovely and good decoration, plus it's comfortable. I like the woman who takes an extra blanket for me, she is kind. If you need a good place to stay for your little trip with friends or family, I recommend here. BUT the way staffs here talked to me is kind of annoy and it's not appropriate. The problem was they took me to the wrong room which was not the type of room I booked. (I was so sure that I already showed them my booking.) The staff just told me to sign on a registration paper then took me to that (wrong) room. And after I came back from my dinner, there was another staff asked me for the payment slip. I was fine with that. BUT (again) by 9.30 PM, some staff sent me a message that they gave me the wrong room type and I had to pay the extra. Of course, I can pay the extra price. (and I was willing to do it because I used to work at a hotel as a receptionist too. I know how hard to deal with high-maintenance customers.) So I called at the front desk and talked to that staff. She gave me a discount -100 THB from the full price. But like I said, the way the staff talked to me is not appropriate. It would be better if they change how they talk and choose words to speak.
