We had an amazing stay and truly felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Waan, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We had to change rooms twice during our visit, and each time Waan handled everything smoothly and without any problems, making the whole process stress-free for us. The hospitality from the entire hotel staff was exceptional. From the bellboys and receptionists to the waiters and the housekeeping staff, everyone welcomed us warmly and made sure we were well taken care of every single day. We honestly felt at home while still receiving an exclusive “princess treatment.” During the room changes we accidentally left behind both of our passports and an expensive pair of sunglasses. Thankfully, Waan and the housekeeping staff kept everything safe and made sure it was returned to us. We are incredibly grateful for their honesty and kindness. The hotel itself also has fantastic facilities, including two beautiful rooftop pools and a lovely beach just steps away in the backyard. You can simply walk down to the beach where there are restaurants, a bar, and even shows in the evening, which made the experience even more special. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! ☺️
