I had a very nice holiday in the hotel. I was on May with my family for 9 days. Normally we were most of our time on beach. Food and mebu was very good and different even if it was beginning of season. So i asvice ghat hotel especially for families with kids. Thanks a lot for friendly stuff we felt like at home.

Aqua Plaza is a wonderful place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hotel has a friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and very helpful staff. The pools are large and well-maintained, perfect for both adults and children. The food is delicious with plenty of variety, and the entertainment team makes the evenings fun and lively. Overall, it’s a great hotel for families and friends who want to have a comfortable and memorable vacation.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly the rooms were very clean and the food was good as well pool were great for children big and small and the beach bar was nice in the evening

Flew home last week after two weeks at the aqua plaza. I was anxious due to issues with a previous holiday (not here). The transfer from the airport was an experience but that is nothing to do with the hotel. 
We arrived at 01:30 and from the outset the staff were great, insisting on getting the cases from the coach with a smile and a joke and getting booked in quickly. 

Room
We booked a superior family room opposite the kids splash park. Plenty of room for 3 adults and a 15 year old who is the size of an adult. Well maintained lots of cupboards and a big balcony, two air conditioning units
Only issue the shower door didn’t close fully but that was a very small issue and didn’t feel the need to speak to staff about it.
Our balcony looked out onto the stairs so great for people watching although the 6’5 hulk statue slightly up the stairs scared the crap out of us every morning. 

Food
plenty of choice for all tastes from salads to cooked food including local food and always something for fussy kids, always something new to try, the pide is really good, yes the meals are on a rotation but what do you expect, 
The snack bar was ok, burgers, nuggets, chips, wraps and pizza, it took a few days to realise they also did jackets later in the afternoon which my wife said were excellent but you have to get in there quick. 
The beach bar does pasta dishes and chips which was a pleasant change from the buffet

My wife was a little ill the second week but we think that was her not being used to everything having olive oil on or cooked in, pharmacy in the parade of shops were really good

Pools/ outside space 
The hotel has three pools and several slide areas the main pool near to the kids area, a quite pool and the beach pool, again suited to all requirements
The main pool was busy and loud music playing 
Kids screaming the usual noises you get when children are enjoying themselves, so be warned when on holiday people make noise, we didn’t use this pool as my daughter is autistic and we thought that might be a bit much for her, the quite pool was lovely cool clean water slightly salty only drawback the bar here is closed which is a shame but the resident kittens were fun to watch, the beach pool is a new addition, is a beautiful sea water pool with views over the beach and pier
It’s own bar, very quiet as many guest don’t realise it is there
Gardens are lovely and well maintained 

Staff couldn’t do enough for you always happy and polite most are able to speak a small amount of English as well as other languages, yes there are times that there is a language barrier, but that is more our fault for not learning basic Turkish before we went, we are guests in their country don’t moan if they can’t have a full conversation in 
english. Local drinks/ cocktails are good enough and the
Efes beer is cold and like nectar when it’s 38 in the shade.

Down sides
Not many to be honest got a little fed up with the guys and girls walking around trying to get you to use the massage/ spa centre, water sports and photographer who would put his macaw on kids heads and take a quick photo before you said no thank you and then get the hump if you didn’t want the photo. 

Extras
The pirate ship was fun and the keep safari was excellent lots of fun and a chance to get away from the hotel
Big shout out to the Palm restaurant at the grand bizarre food was stunning and the staff very friendly

From the minute we arrived we felt so relaxed. The hotel is amazing with everything you could possibly need. Staff were so king and welcoming and did absolutely everything for us. Food was really nice and huge variety available all day everyday. The cleaning team were constantly around keeping the place looking lovely.  Entertainment was available day and night and we got to watch some amazing shows. The hotel is huge with so many pools and bars, there was no need to have to get up early to fight for a sunbed. The grounds around the hotel are amazing....To top it off the beach is also on your doorstep!

Hotel was very clean, staff always there to help. Good variety of food to choose from, tasty and fresh.
I would definitely look at staying again in the future and would recommend it to friends

Great service. Food amazing. Very friendly. Rooms clean, pools well looked after, lots of bars, good selection of drinks. Very impressed with water park and beach party.

the stay was remarkable the staff were all welcoming helpful and generally just lifted the mood of the resort. the food is amazing provided throughout the day. there is entertainment for both children and adults. everything one could expect from a resort can be found within here. i will be here again and i highly recommended booking to stay here.

Great holiday

1st time in Turkey

Absolutely amazing week for myself and two teenage children. 

We had a very nice stay at this all incl hotel. Very family friendly - lots of activities for the kids and shows in the evening. The staff was very good at keep the place clean - both in the pool area and at the buffet.
One thing that would be very nice was the staff to be better at speaking English. We tried a couple of times where they didnt understand what we were saying or we got something else than what we ordered. That was a bit frustrating - but the staff was very friendly and did their best to understand us 🙂

Very good

So here is my honest opinion of Club Aqua Plaza.
It must have been AMAZING when it first opened, however I'd say now more of a 3 star.
The first room we was given was awful, luckily enough I had the money to pay & upgrade to a nicer room with sea views.
The food is ok, but seriously overcrowded & struggled get a seat in the restaurant with HUGE queues. There wasn't a big selection, but we always found something to eat, the problem is it wasn't warm.
Breakfast was the worst for cold food.
The Pide at the snack bar are good & jacket potatoes.
The highlight was the Italian by the beach bar.
Many amenities have closed down such as the children's fun fair, waffle bar by the relaxing pool etc...
The animation are terrible though the day & not interested. However on an evening they are much better. The entertainment is good but everything is finished by 10pm.
