As a Destination Specialist collaborating with some of the most reputable hotels, I can confidently state that my stay at Rixos Premium Belek ranks among my most outstanding hospitality experiences, even in comparison with other leading hotels in Turkey. From the outset, the Guest Assistance team demonstrated exemplary professionalism. Their consistent follow-up, attentiveness, and genuine concern for guests’ well-being reflect a truly refined standard of customer care. The restaurant service equally deserves recognition. The staff ensure that every guest feels welcomed and comfortable, while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the menu. In particular, the People’s Restaurant left a lasting impression on me. The coordination between the waiters and bartenders is seamless and highly professional. The manager overseeing the restaurant is performing an exceptional role and is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the establishment. The culinary experience, especially the buffet, is truly remarkable. The quality and freshness of the ingredients, the variety offered, the presentation, and the discipline within the kitchen brigade are of the highest standard. I later learned that Chef Burhan Yilmaz, who has previously worked in some of the most prestigious hotels in Seychelles, leads the culinary team. Considering his expertise, experience, and talent, the excellence delivered is entirely consistent with his professional reputation. I would highly and confidently recommend this exceptional hotel to discerning travelers, particularly families. It would indeed be a privilege to return to Rixos Premium Belek in the future.
