Mövenpick Hotel & Thermal Spa 

My father and I are from Australia and have been driving our way around Turkey for the last two weeks. We are headed back to Istanbul and I decided to treat dad to a nice hotel for our last father daughter night together before my brother arrives. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Every single staff member said hello and welcome, plus enjoy your stay. Everyone was so extremely helpful with information about the hotel and where to find things. Reception staff were incredible, recognised my Accor plus membership. Told us all about their restaurant and bars, plus about their thermal spa, which is free to use. If you wish to do treatments, then you pay for those. The water is 38-39 degrees Celsius and there are lounges to lay on and relax. You can also order beverages if you wish. It was so enjoyable. The rooms are elegantly decorated and very spacious. Excellent linen and really comfortable beds. A nice big desk for me to complete my work at. Using our complementary welcome drinks was very easy and could be used in either the lobby lounge or on the rooftop bar. The view from the roof top bar is absolutely incredible. Tonight we plan to try the Michelin star Italian restaurant in the lobby for dinner, the menu looks so good. Tomorrow we look forward to trying their buffet breakfast! My dad has been so impressed that he wants to come back and stay again on Sunday with my brother. We highly recommend Movenpick Bursa
