We booked for 7 nights b&b and from walking in the hotel to leaving the staff have been lovely. They are friendly and cheerful and always ready to help. Our room was cleaned every day and bedding change at least every other day ( towels changed every day). The breakfast was changed over a 3 day cycle and was a traditional Turkish as described in the booking. You can order other food at the bar which was lovely and Rosa made sure she understood what you wanted as she would use an app to translate. The hotel itself was clean and staff such as Zuhal made sure the pool and seating area was cleaned regularly. We would definitely stay here again.
