Our stay at The St. Regis Istanbul was truly wonderful and memorable. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, elegant, luxurious, and full of character. Every detail reflects the high standard of St. Regis, from the impressive interiors and atmosphere to the excellent service throughout our stay. The service was exceptional. We would especially like to thank Miss Rima, Mr. Oma, Mr. Mustafa, Mr. Uger, and Mr. Zefkrila for their warm hospitality, kindness, and attentive service. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and very well taken care of. The entire team was professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was another highlight and certainly did not disappoint. There was a wonderful selection of food, everything was beautifully presented, and the quality was excellent. It was the perfect way to start each morning in Istanbul. We also absolutely loved the cats around the front of the hotel! They were incredibly cute and added such a charming and special touch to our stay. It was lovely to see how kind and caring everyone was towards them as well. The St. Regis Istanbul is truly a magnificent hotel — beautiful, luxurious, and elegant, yet still warm and welcoming. From the stunning surroundings to the outstanding service, everything came together perfectly. It was a wonderful experience and certainly lived up to the St. Regis name. Our sincere compliments and appreciation to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be very happy to return again on our next visit to Istanbul.
