Grand Hyatt Istanbul 

I don’t normally write TripAdvisor reviews, but this was a stay I genuinely wanted to recognize. The hotel itself was excellent. The atmosphere is calm, comfortable and very well maintained, which I especially appreciated in the middle of such a busy city. It felt like a place where you could come back after a long day in Istanbul and actually relax. The breakfast selection was also great, with plenty of variety, fresh options and something for almost everyone. Overall, the hotel had a very welcoming and peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. What really stood out, though, was Emir, who supervises the lounge. I actually asked for his name because I wanted to make sure his service was recognized. He is one of the most hardworking, respectful and attentive people I have come across in hospitality. He pays attention to the small details, remembers guests’ names, is always thoughtful and has a very natural way of making people feel comfortable and looked after. What I appreciated most was that none of it ever felt forced. He was simply consistently helpful, professional and kind. As someone visiting Istanbul from abroad, that kind of hospitality makes a real difference. He made me feel less like a visitor and much more at home. I genuinely told him that if I had a business here, I would probably try to recruit him. The hotel is very fortunate to have someone with that level of work ethic and care for guests. The hotel, atmosphere, breakfast and overall experience were all excellent, but Emir’s quality of service was what stood out the most and what I will remember from the stay. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Emir, for making an already great stay that much better. I would absolutely stay here again.
