Somerset Maslak Istanbul – A Place We Will Happily Return To This was our second stay at Somerset Maslak Istanbul, and once again we had a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The residence offers everything a guest could wish for: excellent service, a comfortable and beautiful environment, a wonderful restaurant and kitchen experience, a great fitness center, and a lovely outdoor pool area where guests can relax and enjoy their time. One of the things we appreciated most is the perfect location and convenience. Everything we needed was within walking distance — supermarkets, pharmacies, currency exchange offices, and many other daily necessities. This made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free, as everything could be easily arranged without any difficulty. The entire team was professional, kind, and always ready to help. Their attention, hospitality, and sincere care made us feel truly at home. My deepest gratitude goes to Ms. Şebnem Tanrıtanı, Assistant Guest Relations Manager, whose professionalism, warmth, and kindness made our experience even more special. She is a wonderful example of genuine hospitality. Special thanks also to Ms. Yasemin from the Security Team for her beautiful smile, positive energy, and kindness, as well as to the amazing housekeeping team — Putu, Duygu, Havva, and Rezza — for their dedication and attention to every detail. During our stay, my beloved mother was using a wheelchair, and we deeply appreciated the accessibility, understanding, patience, and support provided by everyone. We always felt safe, comfortable, and respected. Somerset Maslak Istanbul is not only a beautiful residence; it is a place where wonderful people, excellent service, and a perfect location come together to create a memorable experience.
