After having a horrible experience, staying at a hotel near this one with roaches crawling on the floor, this place felt like a heaven in hell. It was super clean, I finally got to rest and take a nice shower.Staff was helpful and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel if you have to stay in that area.

Great service, room were very clean and comfortable. The guys at front desk were very professional and accommodating always with a smile. I will definitely come back.

Came solo from Canada, staff were amaziinnggg! The breakfast was 10/10. Location was great and very walkable. Would definitely stay again.

The property is in a central location and very convenient. A few blocks walk to the sea. Room was very clean and everything worked well. Street parking is limited and the facility uses valet parking, which works fairly well.

I loved this hotel. A super comfortable room, superb breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The location is perfect being close to the Smyrna ruins and the climb up to the castle. It's also by the bazaar and then on to Konak. Highly recommended. I'll definitely stay there again if I come back to Izmir

My friends an I stayed at this hotel for one night which was enough to experience the wonderful hospitality of the staff including the reception, concierge and the restaurant.  The room was very clean which had all the essentials for a guest including water, snacks and coffee supplies.
Although all the staff were very friendly and eager to help, but I'd like to specifically mention the restaurant chef, Gozde, she went above and beyond to provide us exceptional service while we're having our breakfast.  My friends and I were very much impressed with this hotel and their dedication to their guests.  If we ever go back to Izmir, Emen's hotel will be the only place we would consider staying.

Lovely Experience at Emen's Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Emmen's hotel, checking was swift and efficient, you were accompanied to your room and were showed where everything was. The room was clean with a wonderful bathroom with shower pressure. They also have a nice spread for breakfast that you can enjoy before exploring the city. The location is walkable but there is also the tram and buses if you choose to use them. The staff were amazing, always willing to help. The location of the hotel is on an industrial area, very safe and quiet at night. I will definitely stay at Emmen's Hotel again

Particularly liked full bottles of shower gel instead of usual tiny ones.

Hotel was situated within a 5 minute walk from the metro. We were 15 minutes walk from the pier and close to the main market.  Room was clean  and  comfortable. Staff were all lovely, most of the staff spoke English and was very helpful with  directions and advise on where to go.  Buffet Breakfast was ok, but items were not topped up  so availability was low.  The whole area felt safe ( 2 women on our own),  and places were easy to walk to. Uber works great  in Izmir.  We would stay her again.  Hotel staff are friendly.

We found everything we needed, at a very reasonable rate, at Emen's Hotel - it became our base for exploring Izmir and going to Ephesus. The hotel is centrally located - very clean and well organized, excellent staff who speak English and are extremely helpful. The rooms are very well equipped, very clean, good bed, shower and facilities. And the breakfast buffet and café lattes was a great way to start the day. 

A perfect stay in Izmir

I was recently a guest at emen's hotel for 3 nights. I don't usually write reviews, but this time it's worth it. The friendliness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms and the rooms make me recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, located very close to the center of Izmir. on the last day before the restart I forgot some t-shirts and they are doing their utmost to send them to me in Italy. Highly recommended

Best hotel in Izmir 

First of all, I want to thank with all my honor and respect Tuğçe Şahin, the pulsating engine of the hotel. Her eyes are always ready for each and everyone. Two tours were scheduled in Efes and Pamukkale and she organized at the really top level. The hotel has everything you need. And the staff? Kind, helpful, friendly, high professional, 24-hours to assist all of us, courtesy, respect and smile always make me happy and at home. Cleanliness, elegance and courtesy are always facing you. My rating is a 5/5, due to the value for money that you get. Let me elaborate.

We stayed as a couple in the hotel and we have visited Izmir on many occasions before. Due to us having to stay longer, we looked for cheaper alternatives to the more expensive hotels as Swiss, Renessaince etc. and wanted to try out Emen’s hotel.
The location is super well located, 10-15 minutes walk to everywhere in the city center. Hotel location is good. It is not as close to the water as the before mentioned hotels, but it is closer to the park and the private hospitals, that are within 15 minutes walking distance.

Staff is super friendly and assisting in whatever you need. We had to work during our stay and we were offered tea and coffee all the time.

The rooms are new, have a smart television with Netflix for those late nights and a great bathroom. Its super clean (10/10).

I have no criticism. If I have to point out something, it would be that the beds are on the softer side. I prefer a hard bed, but each to their own preferences.

5/5 - I will come back.

Couple business Feb, 2023

The hotel is wonderfully central and yet our room was quiet and peaceful.  The decor is modern, the hotel is very clean, and the staff were very nice (especially the receptionist who chedked us in - he spoke outstanding English), with the excveption of the sulky looking breakfast waiter who found it impossible to crack even a small smile.  The price is amazingly good value, and we'd highly recommend staying here - but only if you like really SOFT beds.  If anything, we found the bed too soft, and would book a twin room next time as the double bed was so soft we kept rolling into the middle and crashing into each other.  Firmer mattresses would be a great option.  :-)

Excellent hotel with super soft beds

A very clean and reasonably priced hotel in the middle of Izmir Downtown. The staff are hospitable, friendly and helpful. They also kept our luggage for a week while we were traveling elsewhere.
The breakfast is very delicious and they have a decent coffee machine that can be used till around mid night.
The hotel's location is great. It is close to the Izmir bazaar and beachfront. 
The rooms are on the small side, but very clean.
