TUI MAGIC LIFE Masmavi 

This was our fourth year in a row visiting TUI Magic Life Masmavi, having also stayed during Easter 2025 and Easter 2026. For our family, this resort truly feels like a home away from home, and this incredible 4-week summer holiday was no exception.While no resort is perfect and the odd issue can happen anywhere, what separates Masmavi from the rest is the outstanding customer service. Since guest service staff do not enter the rooms, communication is everything. Serkan (Ops) is absolute perfection in this regard. He is engaging, entirely on the front foot, completely customer-focused, and actively checks in on guests to ensure everything is going well. The moment you mention a minor issue to him, he has a solution in a flash. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He always greets us with a joke and genuinely feels like family who is happy to see us return.We also want to give a massive shoutout to his new colleague, Serdar. He has been equally proactive and helpful whenever we needed him. We wish Serdar the absolute best of luck as he grows within the Masmavi family—we know he will become a top employee! A special mention as well to Louisa, who wonderfully looks after us every single time we visit.Our holiday was constantly enjoyable thanks to so many amazing teams and individuals who deserve recognition: Aleyna and the Kids Club Team: Thank you for taking such brilliant care of the children. Kamil, Çetin, Can and the Entertainment Team: Absolute superstars who kept the energy high and made our stay so much fun. Chefs Mehmet and Gökhan: Thank you for your incredible culinary flair and lovely personal touches at meal times. Ulaş, Serkan Pax, and Yasin (Guest Services): Thank you for all your support, organization, and kindness throughout our entire 4-week stay. Masmavi is defined by its people. We are already counting down the days until we return home to our Masmavi family next time!
