This is the 1st review iv ever put up but I had to because it is deserving off my review My stay at the Ponz Hotel was great very welcoming staff the hotel was in great location iv been going to Kusadasi for 6+ years and 1st time to stay here but I will most definitely be staying again I think this will be my place to stay from here on as I was extremely happy with our room we got a room on 2nd floor but really wanted a ground floor beside pool and next day the manager was so helpful and got me an upgrade to a duplex ye an upstairs which is very rear in hotels abroad and price was very good for upgrade and when leaving we had 6 suite cases as my friend and I shop like crazy when we go turkey snd the Life Guard helped carry every bag down stairs we were at pool so lift were on far side but he was sweating because the weight but still no problem to him smiled and hugged us said good bye he was at pool for the week with us and he does his job exceptional anything you need weather it’s from restaurant or directions taxi he helped they all did staff are prob the best iv seen in all the different hotels we stayed in Kusidasi so honestly 5 star all round its definitely a hotel to consider if going to Kusadasi
