The hotel is new but classic in decorations. It's centrally located but in a quiet street. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I had to change my plans and the reception staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and you have a big enough choice to choose from. It's just a pity that the pancakes, that taste very well, are served cold. Everything was very clean. I do recommend this place if you want to visit Dnipro. It's the first 4 star hotel where I didn't have access to an iron, nor in the room nor in an ironing room, that I have been in. Of course there is a paying ironing service, but to just iron out the winkels in your shirt after it was in a suitcase, that seems a bit of overkill to me. The internet connection is good for email, but I lost connection a few times during streaming. Comfy bed, but rather hard.
