I loved Dnipro, and one of the reasons for this was staying at the Grand Hotel Ukraine. From the moment that I checked in to check out, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or amenable. I had a room at the back which was extremely quiet, ultra comfortable and cosy. Access to the spa was easy with yet more friendly staff. The saunas and pool were well maintained, clean and luxurious. The hotel itself was beautiful. There were some lovely conference rooms and dining rooms hidden away along with a spectacular classical staircase. The only possible area of improvement could be breakfast; whilst good, it wasn't excellent. Can't wait to return!
