We absolutely loved this hotel. The ladies at reception were welcoming and helpful, the barman was friendly and the breakfast team was great. Our room, the junior suite, was good value, comfortable and clean. We loved the decor, style and history of the hotel. And we don't understand the negative comments about breakfast! Although slightly chaotic, it makes perfect sense to order from a menu - far less waste of food when everything is prepared freshly rather than sat around at a buffet breakfast to be thrown away. Yoghurt, fruit salad, toast, omelette or eggs, juices, pancakes, sausages, cheese, ham.. What more do you need? Wish we'd stayed longer. Don't change Natsionalny, you're perfect as you are.
