I recently stayed here for 6 nights and although it is not central, it does offer a 24hr bar and restaurant, where the service and food was not bad (but it is pretty much the only place to eat and drink in the area). The rooms are clean and tidy and of a decent size (a side table light for night would be great). If you have a noisy neighbour though, the hallways and walls echo quite a lot and the walls don’t seem to stop the sound. In terms of distance to the centre of Kiev, it was between $7-$9 for a Uber each way, so not too bad.
