This was my first stop after leaving Kyiv in the evening after a long air flight from California with a long layover at the Amsterdam airport. I boarded a train in the evening at Kyiv and after an all night train ride and an early morning bus ride followed by a taxi ride, it was really nice to arrive at a quiet village at Synevir. The people here at the Gostyny Dvor Synevir were very helpful on my first place to visit in Ukraine. It was a great place to rest up a day or two and just take in the tranquilty of a small Carpathian village. A perfect introduction for me to Ukraine. There is not much to do here as far as tourist things go, but for me it was perfect to just take walks in a small out of the way village and watch the life and the natural beauty of the place. The hotel was great and staff wonderful/
