We were stuck in Lviv for a night after UIA cancelled our flight back to Kiev - they put us up here as compensation. We had a lovely stay - and although we would rather have been heading home to London this was a surprisingly pleasant alternative! We ate in the main restaurant in the hotel (there is another outside by the lake) and had a great meal - the tiramisu was one of the best we've ever had. The service was also top quality - everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms are very pleasant (we had one with an enormous jacuzzi) and there is a nice playground outside for the kids to play on (kept our 5 & 3 year old well occupied). Overall - although it is probably more a wedding / banquet type of place - we'd recommend it for a stay near Lviv.
