Stayed there recently in Oct 2016 for only two days, it was located very close to Poltavka Kievska train station! At that time, leaves felt from the tree which depicted this beautiful orange/red leave scenery that we all love to see! I love the creek that flows under the tiny bridge) As for price, it's cheaper than Aleya Grande, around 350 hryvnas a night, that's only, /27.5=13 dollars or so a night!
