Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at UAE hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk is open 24/7. Partial renovation work at the hotel’s private beach will be extended until 31st January 2025. Sunbeds and food service will continue to be available as usual. There will be no noise or disturbances associated with the renovation work as well.
As an alternative the hotel’s main swimming pool on the first floor remains operational as usual, as well as the Beach Club.
Meals may be limited during Ramadan.

Upon check-in, a deposit of AED 300.00 per room will be charged for the entire stay if the reservation is for up to 2 nights; AED 500.00 per room per stay is required upon check-in if booking up to 3 nights; for bookings of 4 to 7 nights, a deposit of AED 1000.00 will be charged; for bookings of 8 nights or more, a deposit of AED 1500.00 will be charged to cover possible losses.
From 17 March 2025, the hotel will no longer offer the full board option for new bookings.
The change will apply to new bookings only; any existing bookings that include the full board option will not be affected and guests with such bookings will still be able to enjoy the full board package during their stay.
The hotel will continue to offer half board and half board plus options at the all-day dining restaurant, Serena House, as usual.
Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately AED 135.00 for adults and AED 75.00 for children.
From Friday to Sunday, a pool access fee will be charged based on the lounge chair category selected.
From Monday to Thursday, there will no longer be a minimum booking requirement for hotel guests wishing to use the pool. Pool access will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for all hotel guests. The pool fee is charged only from Thursday to Sunday, depending on the sun lounger category selected. |
