Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at UAE hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk is open 24/7. From May 5 to August 31, 2026, an active recreation program for children is held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Dinner operation timings at Dukes will be aligned with NH Collection – 06:30 PM–10:30 PM (Sunday–Friday), 07:00 PM–10:30 PM (Saturday).
2. Lunch Service
Guests from both hotels with lunch included in their package will continue to enjoy lunch at either Revo Café or Seven Sports Bar.
3. In-Room Dining
Independent In-Room dining operation will resume at both NH Collection and Dukes, from 09:00 AM–02:00 AM, daily.
4. Dukes Bar
Will continue to operate from 12:00 PM–12:00 AM, daily.
5. In-door Pool at Dukes
Food & beverage service will be available from 11:00 AM–6:00 PM, daily.
6. Executive Lounge – Dukes the Palm Dubai (07:00 AM–08:00 PM), daily.
Breakfast: served from 07:00 AM–11:00 AM, with unlimited sparkling wine.
All day refreshments: available from 11:00 AM–08:00 PM, offering a selection of soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea upon request.
