Couldn't be any more welcome.

She pushed the staff to find some late food as I was famished, stood and chatted on and then checked how my meal was.. Which was... FANTASTIC!!

Hospitality at its best

Great premier inn! We come every year on the way back after visiting Ardnamurchan. We ask for a high floor and river view for the kids and they are happy to help!  Typical premier inn rooms - comfy beds and very clean. The breakfasts in Thyme (which is connected to the Premier inn) are always great. You get unlimited and kids go free! Buffet for almost everything! Great position too: next to the river Clyde and Glasgow science centre. 5 minute walk away from the nearest underground stop as well! Doesn't disappoint!

A great premier inn

We stayed here in December, the staff on reception when we checked in were amazing. The room was spotless. When we came back to eat in the Hotel, we were told by the bar man that it had closed early. We asked about somewhere to eat and he said we would have to drive and find somewhere. We did this but couldn't find anywhere. We then returned to the Hotel and asked if they would sell us cereal for the two children and were told, no. The kids were left with no food until the next day, not good at all.

Honest review 

The food in the restaurant was horrible. The staff were extremely rude especially in the bar and restaurant. Rooms were dirty you had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. The reception staff were not very accommodating

Stayed here as we were at an event in the SECC arena. Rooms were very comfortable and we had one overlooking water which was lovely in the evening. Was only a 2min walk to venue and train station was short walk too which was used to get into city centre and a day trip to Edinburgh

we had the best 2 night stay here .this weekend
The hotel appeared very clean &  beds were very comfortable  
l even got our sheets changed after an incident with juuce 🤣
 .The staff were all very cheery & helpful especially Michelle who  greeted everybody at the  front desk .She had a great rapour with all the guests and went out of her way to help.
She was so lovely  to my 9 yr old grandaughter who had been attending  a dance competition , wishing her good luck every time she left to  go to the competition  and even had a present for her when  she returned.after winning 
She is a credit to the Premier Inn 
we would def stay here again

We stayed here after a 300mile trip around Scotland and liked it so much we booked again a few days later on a trip to Glasgow. Perfect location for concerts at Hydro and transport links into Glasgow Centre.
Easy parking, friendly helpful staff, immaculate rooms and dining area.
We had a lovely stay and will be back. 👍

Excellent Accomodation

One of the best premier inns I have stayed at in a long time. The staff are so friendly and helpful and Michelle on reception is a true credit to the team she certainly has found her true calling In Life 😊 nice clean hotel in a good location. I will definitely be back

We went to the hotel today just for breakfast. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Buffet breakfast so lots of choice, great price, with it only being £9.99 and kids eat free!!! Special mention to staff member Helen who is just a real diamond. Her manner, personality and customer care is second to none and had I been visiting from another country I would have felt very welcomed to Scotland, she is a true asset to the team at this hotel. Part of my enjoyment was listening to her conversations with others. 

Buffet breakfast, great price and choice

We stay here quite alot when seeing concerts and it never disappoints. Staff were very friendly and was happy to help and serve, always with a smile. Food and drinks were great and room was as it should be. I didn't take the car this time but there's plenty of onside parking and it's easy to navigate.
