Overall, it was a pleasant stay on a budget. There are few concerns I would like to raise here. Quiet room, clean bed and window blind to mute light and noise. It was good. But the shower door inside bathroom was broken and made shower use not possible. I had to go to first floor to use shower. It appears their reservation system is not working well. Despite paying the full amount via their publove website while booking, I was asked to pay when I arrived there. Even after showing the email receipt which clearly mentioned balance due is NIL, the person in charge kept insisting that he can't see the payment in the system and sneakily setup debit in my card. I came to know only when I checked out. My card was debited for second time. When I asked him why he charged again, he asked me to come in the afternoon to speak the manager. It was not a friendly experience, one would hope. Thankfully, the person, who was working in the afternoon, understood my inconvenience and apologised for my bad experience with his colleague earlier. He reverted back the amount I was wrongly debited instantly.
