Safestay London Kensington Holland Park 

I have been using this place for a few years now on my trips to London. It is located in the beautiful surroundings of Holland park in west London. It has a warm & friendly vibe to it with excellent facilities incl on site dining & a laundry at reasonanble prices. Breakfast is a cold contintental but sets you up nicely. The staff are always friendly & helpful & i am a local guy so know my way around. Located walking distance from both Holland park & Kensington high street underground stations as well as major bus routes to centrai london & other places. Just 10 minutes ride to Paddington station or Hammersmith as well. So if coming from Heathrow airport the journey time is around 45 minutes. Pack light though due to the walk through the park from public transport & there are no lifts. You can store your bags if you arrive early for £3 per bag. The laundry machines cost £3 for washing & drying but bring your own detergents. It is kept very clean & secure with electronic key entry. The park is amazing for walking or relaxing. Of the two properties they have in London this is by far the best with a variety of rooms at reasonable pricing(even at high season) and perfect as a base. There are also plenty of dining options both take away & eat in in Holland park or high street kensington. The area is very upmarket generally so security is not a problem.
