The Z Hotel at Gloucester Place

Our family of five, including three young children, spent the Easter week at this London hotel. The friendliness of the staff was definitely one of the strong points. We would especially like to thank Vishal and Alberto during breakfast, who were always very attentive to us and particularly kind to the children. In the afternoons, Gopi was also very helpful and welcoming with the cheese and wine. The rooms were really spacious, which was a great advantage when traveling with children and having quite a bit of luggage. The comfort of the beds was also a plus for getting rest after long days. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Hyde Park. This allowed us to enjoy pleasant morning walks and have easy access on foot to some points of interest. For other parts of the city, we did have to rely on public transport, although the connections were relatively good.
