Just over the bridge from Big Ben, great base location for exploring London.
Large double room was really nice and great decor, large bathroom with shower and bath and night lights so you don't need to put the light on when you need to visit during the night! Everywhere was super clean.
The room, the bathroom, the entire hotel was spotless when we visited.
All members of staff were really welcoming and friendly.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel, although very large, was comfortable, well appointed, clean and relaxing. Its location enabled easy access to sights, within walking and public transport facilities.
What was bad
Breakfast locations changed daily, reflecting the large volume of residents, which led to delays in seating/table arrangements.

Location was amazing, staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and the room was overall very good.
What was bad
The plug socket by the bed was bent and couldn't be used, the shower water pressure was terrible but the worst was being charged £1.69 service charge on two drinks at the bar which were already over priced.
