Reem Hotel 

I was traveling solo with three small kids and we had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Reem Hotel, which I learned opened in late 2024 and is completely remodeled. We booked our room directly through the hotel website and got a great rate with breakfast included. From arrival, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed, taking our room preferences into account and letting us check in early to leave our luggage. They can also store your luggage separately. The hotel is spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with excellent beds, a convenient elevator, and has a fantastic location near Paddington Station and the Tube. Breakfast was a delight; the staff thoughtfully checked with each of us, including the kids, to see if we wanted coffee, hot chocolate, toast, or anything else, making sure we were well cared for. On our departure day, a time-critical travel document issue arose, and the hotel arranged an early-morning taxi, coordinated with the driver when it ran late, assisted with the payment, and ensured we left on time (the ride only took 30 minutes to the airport). Yes, we made it on our flight. The maintenance, breakfast, and front desk staff handled any hiccups that came our way with a smile and caring touch, and even though these issues weren’t their fault in anyway, they were genuinely eager to help. The staff all made us feel genuinely welcomed and created a warm, family-like atmosphere every day. This kind of focus on hospitality is a rare find. We would absolutely stay here again!
