Lovely facility, nice room. Staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs--we had to change our travel plans and staff helped us work through baggage and travel issues. Had some difficulty working through the air conditioning...the controls are not at all intuitive...but after a couple of attempts and assistance from staff all was well. The quality of the breakfast was a real highlight and again, staff in the dining area were exemplary. Proximity to two tube stops a real plus. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
