Stayed at this hotel for a few nights with some friends, great location with pubs and restaurants near by.
Sharlene at reception was amazing, really welcoming, kind and helpful.  She went above and beyond from when we first arrived and just made the whole trip really easy. 
Would recommend.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights whilst visiting family. Jo at reception was lovely, very welcoming, kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our stay a good one from the minute we arrived. Lovely lady.
The hotel is in a perfect location for public transport and there are lots of facilities all down the high street.

Stayed for three nights, Friday to Sunday. Ideally placed in the heart of Sidcup for pubs and restaurants. Also near bus stops and about a 15 minute walk to the train station.

A very warm welcome from Jo on reception, who checked us in quickly and couldn't have been more friendly. A lovely start to our weekend. Thanks Jo.

We had a good experience. Mr EDMUND was so nice and provide us good advice about car park. Great atmosphere in the Travelogue location. Easy access to all amenities.

What really made my visit special was the excellent service from one of the staff members, Deepa. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. She went out of her way to help and made me feel valued as a guest. It’s rare to come across such genuine and attentive customer service, and she truly made a big difference to my experience.

2 Night Stay

A Great Location.

We booked here for a weekend away for a family gathering. This hotel was in the perfect location with what we had planned that weekend. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is limited parking available. The reception isn't always manned but a telephone number is displayed should you need any help.

Clean and tidy

I arrived extremely late on Friday 13th march at the Travelodge Sidcup high Street ( 12.10am) and needed help from the night manager because I had pre booked a room for Fri 13th to sat 14th online before I arrived and despite numerous attempts online to purchase a room for instant check in when I arrived aswell, I was unable to do online because of the date of check in was in the past when I tried. Anyway, as soon as I arrived I explained the situation to the night manager whos name was Johnny , and he was extremely helpful and professional, and went above and beyond to help me book a room so I could check in immediately. I know I'm not exaggerating how helpful Johnny from the Travelodge Sidcup was, because prior to arrival, I had been in the premier Inn up the road at 5 ways roundabout trying to do the same thing ( book a room for 1 night at 12am to check in straight away and vacate sat morning at 12pm. And had already spoken to the day manager in the premier Inn explaining that I was going to be arriving at 12am and asked if I could pay and book a room to check in immediately on arrival. I went into the reception a few hours earlier and explained the situation and the fact I would be back at 12am etc. and was assured that I could do that. And when I turned up at 12, I was then told, quite dismissively that I couldn't do that and wouldn't be able to pay for a room and check in straight away. Hence the fact I drove to the Travelodge and was helped by Johnny and had booked, paid for and checked in, within 10 mins of arrival. So very happy with Travelodge Sidcup and Johnny
