Aethos Hotel London Shoreditch 

From the moment we walked into Aethos, Erel made our experience exceptional. His personality is so warm and infectious, and he immediately made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. He went above and beyond at every turn, from personally walking us to our rooms and ensuring everything was perfect, to explaining the amenities and making sure we had absolutely everything we needed. You can genuinely tell that Erel loves what he does, and that passion is reflected in how thoughtfully he treats his guests. He is an incredible representation of hospitality and such an asset to Aethos. We also want to give a special shout-out to Nikki and Ben at the front desk. They were both incredibly personable, attentive, and thoughtful. After noticing that I was uncomfortable in a newer pair of shoes that I hadn’t broken in yet, they kindly gave me a pair of slippers, and when I ordered Uber Eats, the team made sure it was brought directly to our room. Those personal touches made us feel so well cared for. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, but it was the service that truly made Aethos stand out. We have been fortunate enough to stay at many wonderful hotels, and this experience was genuinely one of the most memorable. I booked our stay through my American Express benefits, and I’m so glad I chose this property. We would absolutely return, especially because of Erel and the exceptional hospitality he provided. Five stars without hesitation!
