The hotel offers outstanding services. The spacoius rooms offer great views of the Skyline,The excellent restaurant is unrivaled in this category. Lounge and bar are very nice. Very friendly staff and no exalted attitude. We only missed a pool, which should be a matter of course for a five star hotel.

We travel a lot and live in the best hotels around the world. We have been to NY often, but never at the Langham. We were so extremely happy with our hotel experience at the Langham. This is our place where we will be when we travel to NY !
The rooms are beautiful, the staff is so helpful and friendly and another wonderful thing is, that you have separate air condition controllers fort he bath and the room.

Gorgeous property with exceptional genuine service. Beautifully maintained with the most beautiful guest room bathrooms in NYC! The Chuan bath products are wonderful. Design is well thought out and it is the epitome of modern luxury!
Top notch room service and meeting space is stunning.

Such nice, friendly staff, from the time you arrive, until the time You leave. Great, prompt room service, and delicious food!! The rooms are a great size..and the bathrooms have TWO sinks! It's also a very pretty hotel with The Best Location!! I highly recommend it!

Recently stayed one night at this hotel. Upon arrival the bellman was really helpful in getting my bags and helping me out of the car. The lobby is smaller than expected but was clean. I was really impressed with the front desk. I originally booked a deluxe room using points but the front desk gave me to a top floor room with a kitchenette. The room itself is large and lots of built in closet space. The bathrooms are so spacious and really feels modern and newer. We called to use the house car to take us to dinner but was booked for the night. They offered another night but we were leaving. I would suggest to book it in advance. Very close to Lord & Taylor and other shopping. We didn't have a chance to use other amenities or visit the restaurant but we will be back. 

We used to stay in Mandarin Oriental (great hotel) - especially during summer months - because our kid loves to play in nearby Central Park, but this time we wanted to stay closer to city center and "NY Christmas action". The Langham NY was the perfect choice! We loved the hotel even before we entered it! The doorman was so polite and so sincerely smiling....:) Great location - walking distance to most attractions + so comfortable, high quality room! Extraordinary service and very friendly staff - special thanks for concierges - they were so kind and helpful!

My wife and I had an excellent stay in this hotel.

Our suite were over 16th floor (we were moved from a similar suite but in a lower floor – only one window and very dark). The room was huge, comfortable, quiet and very clean. We loved the coffee machine. The bathroom was spacious, a separate shower and a great sunken bath. Free coffee pods and soft drinks.

Staff was always helpful and friendly. A special mention to David one of the concierges.  Housekeeping was excellent.

The Langham is at great location (to almost everywhere including subway stations). It is at few blocks from Bryant Park, Empire State, Times Square, Herald Square, theater district and Fifth Ave shops.

The Langham staff could not have been more accommodating and gracious. We were greeted by an extremely helpful and pleasant doorman (as were all the doormen) and the front desk upgraded us to a suite upon checkin. The entire staff thereafter was most welcoming and supportive. This included the night manager when we had to abruptly leave 2 days early because of a close relative's emergency hospitalization on Christmas Day. We could not have asked for a more luxurious and yet personable experience.

We spent 6 days at The Langham the week before Christmas. We had a corner deluxe room with well-maintained comfortable yet sleek decor. The windowed bathroom was huge and extremely functional and well laid out. All the staff were outstanding, and immediately responded to any requests or concerns. Three staff stand out as great brand ambassadors....doorman Abu always greeted us like long lost friends, Tony at the front desk repeatedly looked for ways to improve our stay, and Equacia brightened our day with breakfast at Ai Fiori. We can’t wait to return!

I had been residing in a Queen Contemporary bedroom and was perfectly cozy during my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall spotlessly clean. Yes it is tiny, and you will have issues if you are more than one person in the room, but hey, it's 5th Avenue New York City! The location is by far the biggest point in favor of this house, being in the Heart of Midtown you're just a few blocks away from the Empire State Building, Grand Central Terminal and Times Square. 

The personell was outstandingly friendly! Tip: Use the hotel's partner ride service if you need to go to the airport. It's $70 flat fare to JFK and was both cheaper and more comfortable than an UberX.

Picked U Hotel for the convenient  location and good price. It’s definitely small if you’re used to “typical” hotel rooms. Still, my room was impeccably clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet temp control unit that worked well. Good WiFi. Plenty of outlets and nice shower. The only negative is no closet or hangers. Also, 5th Ave is noisy all hours so I was glad I brought earplugs.

Checked into the hotel around 6pm. Greeted by a very friendly staff. Thanks, Wazir! Small but clean room. Very soccer friendly TV package (NBCSN). The construction in the area made for not my best night of sleep. But the hotel breakfast nextdoor made the morning better. Overall, a solid experience and the price was very reasonable.

Excellent staff

Small & compact is how to describe the room. It has almost everything you need, sadly no room for a wardrobe (closet). This we really missed. Quite noisy as glazing is not enough but didn't prevent a good nights sleep as the bed was superb. Rooms are kept very clean and restocked daily. Walking distance to everything you need which is great. The reception team are very helpful.

Perfect 5 Star Hotel

We spent a comfortable 15 nights here over the Christmas New Year period. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is huge with quality amenities. It became really  cold during our stay and the heater worked perfectly mount the apartment really cosy. The kitchenette and washer/dryer were great resources to have access to. While we didn't use the kitchen  to prepare meals, it was great to prepare the odd snack. Also nice to the have the extra guest bathroom. Apartment is well appointed for long stays.
