Moxy NYC Times Square

Lovely hotel and only a 15 minute walk to the main hustle and bustle of Times Square. We had a queen room for mother and daughter and it was just the right size. The shower was amazing and always had hot water. Breakfast was included but I don’t think we listened properly so may be worth double checking; I think you could get breakfast in the cafe downstairs but not sure. We ended up just getting the complimentary coffee at the side of Moxy bar on 2nd floor and complimentary cakes and water on the ground floor. The rooftop bars on the 18th floor were simply gorgeous with great views of the Empire State Building. Bar Moxy on the 2nd floor was very relaxed with lots of seating areas. Moxy hotel added some complimentary extras which was really thoughtful; a daily spend in the bar (just a tip to pay which you sign for if you go over the complimentary amount) and a one off free cocktail in the rooftop bar. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again. The service from the team members we encountered was always good but one particular person stood out - from the moment we stepped into the foyer on arrival, we were greeted by a welcoming, friendly, bubbly team member; later we found out her name is Imani (the one with the cool dreadlocks!). She was just naturally so bubbly, friendly and helpful. Just what is needed for first time New Yorkers! She asked questions and was so patient and informative when we asked for info. She is a credit to the team and I hope that you pass on our compliments even though we did so in person! Don’t ever change Imani!
