We had lunch in their hotel’s restaurant. It was terrific. Our table was in an upper dining room with soaring ceilings, and walls covered with painted patterns and engravings. Very beautiful and atmospheric.
     Lunch itself was delicious- freshest salads and an excellent pumpkin soup. The grilled beef steak was prepared perfectly for our group - med to med rare.
     The service was attentive and fast. 
      This is definitely the place to have lunch or dinner in the Old City of Bukhara.

Great location right in the middle of historic quarter. The building itself is also of course historic and interesting. Add a very nice room, friendly staff and a good breakfast. What more could you want? This was easily my best hotel experience on my trip through Tashkent, Boysun and Bukhara.

An amazing place, it's a museum itself. The Orient feeling starts with the breakfast already. Location is in the middle of old Bukhara. The rooms are great, service is perfect, including the transport from/to train station.

We loved the Hotel, better than any other during our stay in Usbekistan. 

This hotel checks all the boxes when it comes to cleanliness and service. The location is perfect close to everything and the vibe around the area is great.

The beds are more comfortable than the average mid-range hotels in Uzbekistan. Breakfast is really good and the service is also great. The front desk arranged for a private guide and transportation to Khiva so it was very convenient for us.

- The Internet is slow during the day. I assume they just don't have enough bandwidth because at 5AM the speed is great.

This is simply an exquisitely beautiful, comfortable, well located hotel. Built around a 19th century merchant’s house, it has all the amenities you need, plus plus plus… Breakfast is served in the old diwan, which actually looks like a museum. The restaurant has varied and tasty food. Cocktails in the evening on the ayvan are magical. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Tops all the hotels we stayed in.

Extremely beautiful hotel in a great location, with very helpful staff. Nice breakfast, and a top notch dinner if you should decide to have an evening meal here. Large room, comfortable beds - all at an amazingly good price. Thank you for a lovely few days.

Lovely people work here. Always smiling and friendly. Breakfasts were very tasty. The room was comfortable, laundry service was prompt and reasonably priced. You can’t beat the safe and central location. I enjoyed my stay very much.

There is no better location in Bukhara. You are next to the peaceful Lyabi-Hauz square, with the people watching and cafés, but also in the middle of the historic quarter. 

The common areas of the hotel are spectacular, and you get the feeling of being in a historic house. The restaurant is excellent, both for breakfast and dinner, with accommodating staff, a varied menu, and a good drink list. 

Overall just friendly lovely people.

The most significant feature of this hotel - as many customers have already noted - is the fact that it's located in a traditional mansion: which explains the beautiful courtyard with a loggia, which overlooks an equally beautiful dining room (where we had our breakfast, good and included in the price).
For the rest, the room we used was decent, with the usual amenities of a three-star hotel. Almost European level bill: the equivalent of 63 euros for a double room.

Brilliant location for a Bukhara visit

Great place with friendly people 

Great location, beautiful house / breakfast dining area, and very centrally located in the old town. However, service was lacking and was generally cold. Receptionist seemed under trained as she seemed confused as to how to deal with some of our requests (like booking a transfer to the railway). As well, in order to book an airport / railway transfer to the hotel, you have to contact them first but you cannot book it in advance. You can only book it on the day of your arrival. Thankfully we had an Uzbek SIM card because otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to arrange for a transfer at all upon arrival in Bukhara.

As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. However, WiFi was not great (quite patchy and sometimes there was no reception at all). Also there was no “do not disturb” sign available to hang on the door and no safe provided in the room (despite the website saying otherwise). With that said, one morning we left all of our valuables out and unbeknownst to us, the cleaner went in to clean as we went for breakfast. Thankfully nothing went missing however it left us feeling very wary about the security of our belongings. Overall an ok stay.
