Mercure Tashkent South Hotel 

Excellent hotel! I recently stayed at this hotel and really enjoyed my visit. Unfortunately we had an early morning flight so we could not have breakfast. The hotel seems very new and our room was beautiful, clean and had a separate dressing room. The bathroom has all amenities (good comfortable shower with very good water pressure) and the toilet has a bidet which is a nice touch (all hotels should have this tbh). During our stay we also used the spa and gym facilities. The spa area was very nice and featured a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The area felt clean and nice. One of the spa receptionists could use some work on her customer service skills but otherwise generally all staff were incredibly helpful and friendly- especially the hotel reception staff and the staff at the hotel restaurants. We also booked a massage at the spa with Nigora who was excellent. She managed to get out all knots and pains without needing to put excess pressure or use her thumbs or elbows (I personally don't like it when massage therapists use the thumb or elbow) and made the whole experience feel very luxury. She had a great attitude and was very professional. If I had more time in Tashkent or if I return to Tashkent I will stay here.
