Great stay here. Fantastic breakfasts, fresh fruit or pancakes. Rooms were excellent size and really clean. Was a bit of a challenge to find but very close to the heart of the town. Special thank you to the owner who not only helped us with our onward travels, she also took me to a roadside barber for a haircut! Would certainly  recommend. 

Highly recommend this guesthouse as the room was perfect, clean, comfortable, just off the road where there are many resturants etc. Vicky is great, friendly, great to talk to and so funny :-)  she also helped us plan our whole trip with great advice on transport and timings etc as we wanted to squeeze so much into a couple of weeks. She helped us book things like our sleeper trains getting us the best seats possible last minute for a great price. Well worth it! Thank you Vicky!!!!

We have travelled up from Saigon and we have paid a lot of money for 3-4 stars hotels and resorts (not worth the penny). Generally speaking - the standards are just different. Don't expect luxury as you might have it at home (in our case Germany) - we only chosen the more expensive places because we wanted it clean... Anyway, Vicky is a brilliant host. Her mum is cute. The house is spotless. The rooms are not huge but they have a working shower (clean!) and air con, clean bed and so on. And if you wanna know anything - just ask her.... anything. She arranges everything and she knows everyone. We thought (couple) she was the only person where one could actually relax - basically you can trust her and she speaks well English.

My girlfriend and I were staying with Vicky for two nights and enjoyed the stay at her boutique hotel very much. Vicky was very nice to let us in the room even before the official check in time. She could give us great tips for our limited time in Nha Trang, organised a Motor Scooter for us. She also organized our train travel to Saigon and also a trip to the Mekong Delta which however was rather not really a perfect trip. The communication between her and the selected guide was not sufficient as he had his own agenda and read our program first time when we were in the car. He did not want to stick to the given schedule and what was written on it, because he thought that he knew better what is best for us. In fact he was very lazy, did not explain too much and was basically a narzistic macho type person who was more interested in his personal things like visiting his grand mother in the Mekong Delta rather than taking care of us. I can only recommend Vicky not to continue working with those kind of people and make sure that if she does that the customers do not suffer under the lack of communication between her and the guide. He was definitely not her first choice, because the others were all busy but she should have informed him better of what she sold us and give him clear instuctions also regarding the schedule (starting and end time of the travel were not so defined as we would have wished). All in all, we were still very happy with our stay at her place and her caring way of treating us was very much appreciated. Vicky's English is very good which made communication easy.

Brilliant Place! And Vicky is a star!

The guesthouse is hidden in the alley and is hard to find, while in the evening the alley is not lit at all. Our room was not made up during the 4D3N stay even once, yet someone has been in the room to turn off the ac. Room is clean, though the beds are hard and towels are very old and yellowish. 

The owner seems friendly at first, but don't be misguided by her attempt to learn all about you before she could come up with hidden charges. We asked if it was ok to leave our bags in the room and even though we were the only ones staying during the entire long weekend, she has charged us for half a day stay for that. Also, on top of that, she charged extra for paying with a credit card though there was no prior communication for for both. She also talked about two people using more electricity vs just one, though most visitors to a seaside city like Nha Trang would hardly spend the entire day in the room, but she could not make a case out of it. 

Overall, a very unpleasant experience. There are plenty of options in the city for as low as 220k VND vs 680KVND at Vicky's where owners are more honest and towels are cleaner.
