One word. Fabulous! recently returned from Chen Sea Resort after a 13 night stay. On arrival late in the evening we were warmly greeted by a member of staff and quickly taken to our villa, a light meal and fruit had been left for us (very welcome). The day after we were very happy to receive a upgrade to a jacuzzi villa for the remainder of our stay . Throughout our holiday all the staff ensured we had anything we needed and gave great service. We would particularly like to mention, Trinh and Dat from the restaurant, Minh, Hieu, Nhi, and Tran - restaurant and bar staff as all of them provided kind caring and efficient service - Chi head of housekeeping and all her staff for the daily upkeep of our room . I would like to say an especially big thankyou to Chef Hung who took a special interest in what I ate as I am Gluten free. All my meals were outstanding while I was there, (we were on an all inclusive stay) . We booked on to the Market visit and Cooking class with Chef Hung and had a great day as he cooked with us in the Secret Garden. We also had massages and facials in the spa which did not disappoint and were good value for money. All the staff deserve a mention but there are too many to name individually. The hotel villas are exceptional as is the pool and beach service provided . Chen Sea is a private resort to chill and relax at you own leisure with 5 Star facilities. The pool is clean and large enough to enjoy swimming in and the beach is raked and cleaned every day. The sea is clear and warm to swim in. We look forward to returning to Chen Sea, this was the highlight of our stay in Vietnam. We had a chat with the manager Miss Choi and she should be congratulated for running a superb resort.
