We booked the hotel through the tour of the operator of the Biblioblogos from July 2 to July 9. The room was booked for three adults and one child. The flight was overnight and we arrived at about 3 o'clock at night. After an hour on the second floor of the corridor we found a sleeping man apparently in a bad state, with all our might we were able to watch him wake up. The man obviously wasn't waiting for us and on this basis he asked us to sit down. He gave us 3 keys from different rooms and asked us to pick her up.

When we bought the ticket, we didn't know how cars drive in Abkhazia. When we got out of the bus, we started to pray and thank the Lord that we were alive and healthy. We immediately settled in the hotel. The hotel is good, the staff is very responsive and friendly. The food is delicious, domestic (breakfast, lunch, dinner+you can order something from the menu for an extra fee). You can order tours to Ritz directly from the hotel, hydrogen fountains and so on.

There is a Wi-Fi, one day really didn't work. Very tasty food, at home. Tea, coffee is free. Nice staff, always helped if there were any questions. The hotel has its own beach, a 3-minute walk. For the residents there are umbrellas and shelters. People on the beach are not many. The beach is very crowded, so you had to buy slippers (sold at the market, 10 minutes walk from the hotel). There are plenty of entertainment tours from the driver, tours of the river, cafes and water parks, and plenty of positive views of the lake.

This is a great hotel.

The most horrible place we've ever been. And we've been a lot of places, and we've always been in a positive mood. We've been in a family with two kids. The hotel is all messed up, old. The cleaning is disgusting, in 14 days the dust hasn't been wiped out. Feeding is like in a bad camp: no fish, sometimes meat and in ridiculous quantities, there's never been any fruit.

The worst hotel we've ever been to!

First of all, I want to thank my whole family and my sister's family for having a wonderful holiday at your hotel. It's a perfect service, perfect kitchen and the kindest, responsive, sweet staff of the Amore hotel. Two years in a row my husband and I are spending our holidays ONLY at this hotel and with these wonderful people!!!! My older sister and her big family are vacationing there, you can say from the foundation of this hotel.
