We had to book this hotel at the last minute because the other hotel was closed but didn’t tell us till late on. On arrival we were met by loads of very helpful staff who did their best to help us. The room was nice but a bit basic, hence why its not a full 5 stars. The breakfast was ok but once again was a bit basic. Nice hotel if you are stopping for a night.

Nice hotel but a bit basic

Last weekend the hotel had organized a concert with one of the most famous singers in Albania. The problem was that the singer could only sing for  45 minutes because of the power-cuts and all the guests were shocked by the fact that the hotel was not equiped with an energy generator. It was a waste of time and money.

Very disappointing. Advertises as having bar and restaurant. Both of which are closed.    Also shower door does not shut and hair dryer does not work  room clean doorman friendly but I would expect this if I had known amenities were not available I would have booked somewhere else  

This hotel was so lovely.  There was a small garden in the enclosed area around the pool which our room overlooked.  There was then a gate that opened out to the sea.  The room was small but adequate.  The owner was so delightful and helpful.  It is quite a value.

Italian romance on the water

We had a great time at this hotel. All reception hosts were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. They serve fresh breakfast and even have even asked us what else we would have liked to eat. We wanted cottage cheese and they got it for us. The room is clean and warm, has a balcony and TV has a ton of international channels. The courtyard opens up into the beach. Location is great - easy to catch a bus to downtown Durres, many food options nearby. Overall, highly recommend and would love to come back.

Lovely hotel with wonderful hosts and great sea views

Very good room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Almond the manager was very helpful in advice in the local sights and went out his way when I was ill. The swimming pool is good and breakfast was ample even at the end of the season. There are plenty of bars and restaurants locally.
