we are very satisfied with the hotel, the room, the food, the overall service, the cleanliness, the people are very kind, we will come again next year. cleaning every day, food every day new beautiful and very tasty, as well as fruits and cakes, also for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.  we are overjoyed.

We really liked the hotel. Comfortable room with daily cleaning. The buffet was good. The people who work at the hotel are super friendly and help with everything you need! The beach was cool with very hot water and the pool was good too👍🏼👍🏼

August 2023. Reading the previous reviews, we have been dreaming for this Albanian reviera vacation for a year and booked it much in  advance at a rather high price AI, 4 star hotel. When we arrived, tired from the airport and long ride, we had to queue for almost 2 hours to get the keys, outside in the sun, no reception area, no comfortably armchairs in the still-to-be-built reception area, one poor lady doing all the job. Then anothe 4star service - one small lift for this monster nine-storeyed hotel to carry everything the linen, garbage and us with the luggage. Got stuck several times. That was the welcome to Parandor... We were given a room on the 7th floor which smelled like the kitchen. You knew what would be served for any meal. Then, here the room comes- no welcome bottle of water or at least smth for the so-much awaited guests who did not get their lunch (many of the families with kids from 9 am departure untill 16:00 hotel welcome) since food hours were very strict: 13:00 to 15:00 lunch and no snacks in between the meals (Albanian AI style). You can drink rakia and beer but no snacks or fruit in-between the meals. Getting back to the room - no hangers in the wardrobe, conditioner leaking and the bathroom has only a shower-type of tab which makes it absolutely unconfortable and dirty. Shower/shampoo gel is like in the hostel, very poor quality but worst is that the bathroom has seldom been cleaned thoroughly before or during the stay. Cleaning was limited to changi g towels/toilet paper. I realize it is a hot season but as a good hotel manager you have to hire additional staff or do not pretend you are a 4 star hotel. The hotel doesnt have toilets if you want to use it urgently or being on the beach. It has got one W and M loo without light, hook to close the door and in the darkest passing-by area... terrible. FOOD - the same for 14 days with minor variations, people queueing like in the good old times....whenever you came. one single queue for all- plates, food be it soup, meat or salad. After this best-dreamed vacation which ends soon I will not eat chicken and wings in particular for much longer. I was wondering is it so difficult to hire a good administrator and organize everything from welcome to departure accordingly? Greediness or carelessness will bring you no tourists next year and it is a pity for the country and its people.
The only good think, even excellent are the poor, tired, falling of fatique waiters and waitresses - beeing around 6am to 12pm no days-off. They were doing their best to quickly clean the tables and replenish the food, and stand the constant dissappointment and harsh comments of the tourist - waiting like in the Mausoleul to get to the food bar but no luck - finished and begging the poor waiter to bring more... terrible organization, absolute disappointment. On top of this, sea is very shallow for aduls and rather muddy and dirty except for early morning when it gets more transparent. We saw how water of your dream should look like when we took a tour to the islands. Very nice but crowded on the boat for so many people. 
Would never come again to this place and part of the country. I might find excuses like - still building ir bla-bla-bla but why should I pay for that. And to crown it all - had an impression garbage never ends, all over the place and terrible smell.
I doubt my review would ever get posted but I genuinely wanted to help others not get through such an experience

Never again

We stayed 13 /6 to 20/6/22. Very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is set back from the main road  in a back street  but literally right on the beach ⛱. On arrival, our room wasn't  ready but not the fault of the hotel...our flight and transfer was early! Not a problem, the receptionist was superb in her handling of this and we were immediately made to feel welcome. All through our stay, all but the beach bar staff were fantastically friendly and helpful. The beach bar staff must be told that they are there for the guests and NOT themselves.
Food was varied and plentiful, but a bit overcooked for our taste and could have been warmer.
Our room was cleaned and towels changed daily. Very nice swimming pool and sun terrace. Beach is superb! Literally step right onto it  from the restaurant. It sloped very gently and is ideal for kids..I  had to walk out about 150 mtrs before the sea came up to my knees, but I am 1.83 mtrs 😂.
The only major fault we could make comment on is there was no entertainment 🙄.
Overall we give 8.5/10.

The hotel and location are perfect. Literally in the seaside with our room has a breathtaking view is all that you want in your holiday. all staff members are friendly and welcoming. especially staff Joey, he goes above and beyond his duties to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you want in your holiday. he is really an asset in this hotel and absolutely superstar.

Spent 11 nights here. Great hotel with excellent location. Very professional staff. Joy, Sarah and Genti are assets. Special thanks to Joy in Restaurant for always being there for everything with a smile. Will definitely recommend and return for sure.

We spend a week in the hotel. I think it’s the best hotel in Durres, so if you resided you take Dures as an Albanian resort Perandor is the best place to stay. 

It’s the highest building on the beach so it’s easy to find it. But inside this city style you feel like at home. 

Nice rooms, neither big, nor small. Everything is modern and cozy. We live on the 7 floor, room 703 with the sea view.  They are cleaned every day. Shampoo and soap are every day. 

Staff is without any hesitating the best team I saw. They are responsible and always ready to solve any problems. Sara at the reception knows every guest and every time her smile makes the day. 

Food didn’t disappoint us. You have enough to eat and the taste is more than good. The cutlery is clean and the restaurant staff work professionally 

The beach is clean and The Beach Boys are always ready to find the sun bed for you and to open the sunshade 

The location is also perfect. It’s on the first line and in the center of the resort area. There are lots of cafes near where you can buy some food but I advise you to eat at the hotel. We had “all inclusive” package and we didn’t regret. 

What to see in Dures? The old amphitheater and bisantin mosaics inside. 
And if you stay in Dures I advise you to go for a day to Kruya - the old town with its traditions 

What are the minuses - the sea, shallow and dirty. 

So, the hotel is perfect, but the sea is not.
